Throughout the months of February and March, join us for a Dao Yin Qi Gong Yoga Class.
This class will offer and provide physical, mental, and spiritual connections for mastering the self. Through mastery of the self, the physical, mental and spiritual will synergize, effectively establishing overall:
- Enlightenment
- Physical health
- Controlled emotions
- Focus of the mind
- Increased energy
- Flexibility
- Circulation
- Strength and Endurance
And reducing:
- Physical aches and pains
- Headaches
- Burnout
Throughout these sessions, we will practice the internal arts through a series and combination of Taoist and Qigong yoga movements (flowing, holding, and pulsing), as we seek to benefit the mind, body, heart, and soul collectively.
As with all forms of yoga, the rewards are many with patience and practice. However, Dao Yin Yoga specifically benefits, the muscular and skeletal systems, digestion, immune function, oxygen distribution, endocrine system and lymphatic flow. With continued practice in class or at home, you will experience the changes and advantages from the practice.
